Student suffers minor injuries in accident at Kiarong roundabout

A student's car overturned at the Kg Kiarong three-lane roundabout during rush-hour yesterday, causing a massive traffic jam along all the roads leading to the roundabout. According to eyewitnesses, the mishap happened at around 11.30am.
The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries on her right hand at the RIPAS Hospital.
The driver of the car said she was heading towards Batu Satu from Jln Gadong when a car came out from Kiulap and allegedly hit her car. The impact caused her to lose control of her car and it overturned after hitting the road pavement.
The student is a Belait District resident and is studying in a college in Bandar Seri Begawan.
